I believe many of us don't really seriously think about donating blood , If we did, I am sure many of us will be coming forward to donate blood.

I strongly believe this is one of the great gifts we have naturally and we are empowered to save lives without lot of effort. This is a very rare and great opportunity for people who wants to service their fellow human beings.

All normal healthy folks both men and woman should really think about this and at least know the process and ask people who already donated for their advise and experience.

I personally motivated some friends and now they don't want to miss a chance to  donate and they have been doing continuously as they qualify after each donation.
Please think about it and make an attempt to save a life which is invaluable!
